What does the $89 diagnostic include?
A technician visit, a full inspection, and a written finding: what failed, why, what it costs to fix, and whether we recommend repairing it. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 is waived and you pay only the quoted repair.
What if the appliance isn't worth fixing?
We tell you, in writing, and the $89 is all you pay. RepairWell doesn't sell new appliances, so there's no reason for us to push you either way.

Yes, with a limit worth knowing. We diagnose the appliance; any work on the gas connection itself is done by a certified gas contractor we work with, not by our own technicians.
